If you like Bioshock, you don't mind replaying it once or twice. I wouldn't expect you to get that though, since you didn't enjoy it the first time. Not judging, just sayin'.
Painkiller, on the other hand, is something you come back to over and over because it's always fun to pin enemies to walls with wooden stakes, set them on fire or dismember them with a weed-whacker (aka: the titular Painkiller). So long as you don't run through it all in one go, it'll last you quite a while.
