Hi

I just purchased the BTTF game + DVD. The PC Download button doesn't do anything for me except save the file bttf_101_setup.exe which does nothing.

Question: Is the "DVD" that is on it's way to my doorstep the actual game DVD that I can download the game from? Hopefully I'll have better luck if it is.

If not, what IS the DVD? and any suggestions why this "bttf_101_setup.exe" is useless for me?

Yes, the DVD contains the game, so you can use it to install BTTF.

Normally you would install the first episode by e.g. double clicking "bttf_101_setup.exe", but nothing happens when you do that?

Could you also please post a dxdiag file?

dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.

Thanks much for your timely response... I was ready to attach my dxdiag file, thought it best to give it another shot. This time the bttf_101_setup.exe DID work. Maybe it needed more than 5 or 10 minutes to download I don't know, but the 1st game is successfully downloaded and installed... Thank You Very Much for your support! ~ Diamondale
