I placed my order (Order #600139906737127) August 27, 2011.

Shipping confirmation on October 1st said that both items were shipped:
Back to the Future: Deluxe Pack
Tales of Monkey Island Art Portfolio

but only Monkey Island portfolio was in the package when I received it, and item list in the package also mentioned only MI.

Now I don't see on my account any open order for BTTF Deluxe. I'd like to get a confirmation that I'm still going to get my copy of the game. I sent an email to support several days ago, but haven't received a reply yet.

We had a delay in shipment on some of the Deluxe Packs due to overwhelming demand, unfortunately, but your order looks fine. I don't have an exact date on when the next round of shipping will begin, but we expect it to be this week. I apologize for the delay.
