Back to the Future: Deluxe Pack order delay
Hi,
I've placed an order for Back to the Future: Deluxe Pack game last Sept, 25, (Order #600141826505806) and I've received the notification to the reception by the shipper (USPS) last Sept, 30. After that, nothing!  I've sent a couple of mail to the support asking for a status update but no answer from them. Not a good support service, actually!!!! I just know what's my issue code ('issue-53051')... not much.  Is anyone able to provide me with some information, before aborting the order? Thanks in advance, Gianni |

If it's an international package, it can take several weeks (up to 6 or 8 weeks, usually less than that), mostly depending on customs' "handling" of the package.
My brother in Belgium usually received his packages from Telltale within a couple of weeks, but not everyone's that lucky. As far as tracking, with USPS, you can't track international packages past the US borders. From your post, it looks like your package was shipped 3 weeks ago, so I would give it a couple more weeks before getting worried (maybe contact your local post office or customs for more information?). |

Amy replied to your email on the 11'th, and I replied again on the 14'th. Please check your spam folder. To reiterate what we said in those emails and what Macfly posted, international packages can take a while to arrive sometimes - particularly if they get caught up in customs. You might want to check with your local customs office to see if they're holding anything for you. Beyond that, all I can suggest is that you give it a bit longer. Sorry. -Michael |

I'll follow the suggestion to be patient and keep waiting a little bit more before becoming worried... P.S. for Michael: my spam is empty! The message from Amy didn't arrived for some reasons!!! |
