Default First and favourite Telltale Game?

What was your firs game made by Telltale and what was your favourite?

I originally found Telltale through Wallace and Gromit as a chance to play a nre Wallace and Gromit game seemed to good to miss...

My favourite has to be Sam and Max season 2 as it was perfectly done and with Chariot of the dogs was (just) better than the first season

Bone: Out from Boneville was my first Telltale game.

It's hard to pick a favorite, but if I had to:

My favorite season is probably still Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures.

My favorite single episode is probably The Trial and Execution of Guybrush Threepwood.

Agreed all the way.
Wallace and Gromit's Grand Adventures was a real surprise for me. I loved the shorts and the movie but was disappointed when Telltale announced the game as there were rumors at the time that they were about to announce a new Monkey Island game (my favorite video games series). My PC broke down just before the game was released and Telltale didn't release Mac games at the time (I replaced my almost 7-year-old PC with a brand new Mac).
Once Telltale released Tales of Monkey Island, I had to find a cheap (ish) way to run it on my Mac and discovered CrossOver Games.
I managed to run all my Telltale games on my Mac via CrossOver Games except for Wallace & Gromit.
I eventually figured it out (after running out of Telltale games once I finished Rise of the Pirate God) and enjoyed the game even more than I did the already fantastic TOMI.
Telltale's games have a knack for capturing the atmosphere of the comic / cartoon / TV show / movie they're based on and Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures is probably their masterpiece in that regard.
All it's missing is click-and-drag controls (and a Mac version !

Added a couple bonus fields for probably-obvious reasons.

First Telltale game I played: Telltale Texas Hold'em
First Telltale game I worked on: Culture Shock

Favorite games to go back and play: Chariots of the Dogs, The Penal Zone, Lair of the Leviathan, 8 Bit Is Enough*
Favorite games to work on: Puzzle Agent, 8 bit is enough, Rise of the Pirate God, The City That Never Sleeps**

* 3 of these are Chuck Jordan designed and scripted games! So good!

** I was a director or co-director on 3 of these, so I'm probably super biased!

First: Culture Shock

Favorite: The Trial and Execution of Guybrush Threepwood/Chariots of the Dogs... can't decide between those two. But there's something about the fourth episodes of seasons that is just unbeatable.

I distinctly remember how excited I was playing Homestar Ruiner on the Wii. Ah, those were the days...

Favorite: The Devil's Playhouse
Still a masterpiece of storytelling and gameplay that Telltale has yet to top, IMO.

First and favourite is Tales of Monkey Island. Since I joined right after episode 5 of The Walking Dead released, the first game I'll actually be involved with during development is The Wolf Among Us.

Oh, you're going to have input on that one? Maybe I'll actually buy it, then!

My first game was, of course, Culture Shock, and my name/avatar comes from that season:

My favorite episode is still Episode 5 of that season, Reality 2.0. People are right, though, when they say Episode 4 of every series is pretty good.

Reality 2.0 was the first episode which really showed me the sorts of unique things you could do within the structure and confines of a small adventure game. It's the episode which defined the best parts of Telltale's Sam & Max gameplay for me -- when the world and your powers in it are able to fold in on themselves and recontextualize the space you're in, all without having to leave the confines of the adventure game genre -- which I think was continued most strongly in Chariots of the Dogs, What's New Beelzebub, The Penal Zone, and The Tomb of Sammun-Mak. In Strong Bad that stuff showed up most strongly for me in Strong Badia The Free and 8 Bit Is Enough. (Brendan Ferguson and Chuck Jordan are really good at figuring this stuff out, it's kind of gross. I really miss them!)
