How do I get the parts back from red, blue, and green max?

I can't seem to get any of the body parts back from the Red, Blue, or Green Max. The red Max I think it has something to do with after bending the giant spork and the rollercoaster, but I can't figure out what to do exactly. The green Max I think has something to do with pulling Jimmy out of the hat and feeding him to green Max, but I can't figure out what to do after that. For the blue Max, I have no idea what to do. Please help me stop the Maxes and get the different body parts back. Thanks.

For Red Max:

you need to get Red Max to ride the coaster

the roller coaster has to be started from afar

shoot the roller coaster's start button with your gun when red max is standing on top of the roller coaster.

For Blue Max:

Blue Max is "like a continent". You have to move him.

You need to use the earthquake machine on Blue Max.

For Green Max:

"Acquisition works better from the outside"

You need to pull Jimmy out of the hat while he's in the stomach

For Red Max you also need to rig the track to make him crash...
