Hi everyone!
Could someone explain me how italian/UE custom works?
I need this information because I want pay my italian vat (called IVA): my question is: what is the price on the box that TT send me? is it without the shipping?
If anyone have information answer to this post.

PS:I Translate to italian because I think it is a question that only european people with experienced on custom could answer me.

Ho bisogno di questa informazione perchè voglio pagare l'iva sul mio oggetto: La mia domanda è: Qual è il prezzo sul pacco che mi arriva? è comprensivo delle spese di spedizione o no?
Se qualcuno avesse qualche informazione risponda a questo post.

PS: L'ho tradotto in italiano perchè penso che sia una domanda che solo europei che hanno avuto esperienza con le dogane possano rispondere.

Hi, basically it depends on the value of the goods:

< 22 euro: you don't pay anything
22 - 150 euro: you have to pay VAT (IVA)
> 150 euro: you have to pay VAT and custom duties.

Both VAT and duties are calculated on the transaction value, that is items + shipping. Check http://www.agenziadogane.it
