Telltale Games

i clicked the setting button.
i clicked the graphics setting.
i clicked the resolution arrow.

resolution is NOT SUPPORTED by monitor.

Now, when i start the game, there is no picture, just the sound is there.

This is a problem.

I reinstalled the game a few times, choosing not to save files and preferences. Does not help.

Empty out your prefs.prop file:

Find the prefs.prop file. It may be under "Documents\Telltale Games\Jurassic Park the Game" if you're using Windows 7. For XP, I believe the file is under "My Documents\Telltale Games\Jurassic Park the Game". You could also just search your install drive, it will be in a Telltale Games folder somewhere.
Open it up in notepad and delete everything inside
Save and close

Then try starting the game.

In this case you can also try pressing Alt-Enter and correcting the resolution in windowed mode.
