ive been trying all night to get they stole maxs brain onwards to work at 1st it was just freezing when i clicked unlock but now its saying unlock unsucessful? what is going on?

I purchased the entire season 3 for sam&max. The first two episodes worked fine, but the last three lock up when I try to unlock them. I have Windows 7 with Norton Antivirus. I disabled the firewall but that did not help. I requested a manual unlock code. If that helps I will let you know.
