Hi there.
When will Tales of Monkey Island release to xbox ?

Is there any future to the monkey island series ?

I don't know about whether ToMI will come to the XBox (smart money says maybe), but I can say that the future of Monkey Island lies with LucasArts, not Telltale.

And it seems Lucasarts probably isn't going to be doing anything with it for a while. Though, considering the state of all things Monkey Island pre-Tales, we've actually been very lucky the last few years.

There's been no announcement for such a thing. Two things to consider, though...

1. Telltale's finally returned to the Xbox 360 with Jurassic Park.
2. ToMI is currently being ported to the iPhone, which leaves the 360 as the only system it hasn't been on.

While it's not likely (especially since Telltale really hates XBLA), it's at least possible.

As for MI6...not a chance. LucasArts intends to keep sitting on Monkey Island (and all their other classic adventure IPs) forever. Just be grateful Tales happened at all.
