Hi!

I started to play to back to the future a few weeks ago. I completed episode 1 withtout any technical problems. When i tried to play episode 2, i can hear characters talking, but nothing appear on my screen. I quit the game and tried again, but i still got the same problem. Can someone help me please?

Please try pressing Alt-Enter to switch the game to windowed mode. If the graphics are okay then, you can try reducing the graphics settings in the game and switching back to full screen.

Also please post your dxdiag information:

dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.
