Default issue-55933

Hi,
I emailed you on 1/9/12 regarding my Jurassic Park - The Game Deluxe edition box that had been delivered to my work address in the UK on 1/3/12, which due to my post room's error, was denied, so the package was returned to the United States. I received a reply from Michael the following day stating that the package could be reshipped when it arrived back in your warehouse, and asked what address it should be reshipped to.
I replied with an email stating my home address, but have had no reply since this email. I have tried emailing support again, asking if my home address had been received (Generating issue-56245) on 1/23/12, but again, have received no reply.
The order number was #600143543244993.

Hi,

As I said in my previous email to you, we would get it reshipped as soon as the package arrived back at our warehouse. It hasn't arrived yet, but as a courtesy, I just created a new order to be shipping to your home address. It will get mailed out within the next few business days and I apologize for the delay.
