I already have a telltale account (Fizgot), but I couldn't remember it's password so I made a new one so I could ask about recovering it. (actually mostly to just test to make sure THIS email account was the one linked to my telltale account, and I guess that's not the case)

So I've forgotten 2 things: The password, and the email it was created on

I'm sure I'll have to jump through hoops for this, but I can prove it's my account. I even still have the (now expired) credit card I used.

I can't help directly, but i have some quick ideas.
Do you have more E-Mail accounts than you can try?
In that case one option is sending a PM to Fizgot. Then you should receive an E-Mail notification, which would tell you which E-Mail address you used.

Not really. I'm pretty surprised I was able to make a new account with this email address. Though frequently when I sign up for things I make a new hotmail address just so I don't get spam mail in my main account. And I couldn't get hotmail to recognize the few I remembered, I think they have been purged for inactivity.
