The thing with the European version is that it too needs to load. So when you play it and you get to a point that hasn't loaded yet, the video just stops. So you'll need to let it load fully before you can watch it all.

What's slightly annoying is that on the European version, the progress bar doesn't show mow much of the video has actually loaded. It's a tad annoying not knowing if I can watch it yet or not!

Oh, but thanks for uploading the theme. That thing really is epic. If I ever become the Doctor, I'm so using it.

I also noticed it lagging at first, but if you press Pause and let it get a head start for a few minutes, it does fine after that.

I had trouble initially (I could only watch the first 30 seconds before it jammed), but then I refreshed the page, and let it load for 5 minutes or so. Also, according to the counter I was viewer number 2, watching it before the news post was even up. Maybe all the problems people are having are due to the sheer amount of people watching it?

As for the youtube thing, have you considered maybe using an alternate video site?

But yeah, fantastic tribute. Someone should totally show it to Moffat.

But I can understand your fear to put this on youtube. Copyright's a battlefield, and this battle is fought on youtube primarily these days.

The video was great, though, although I still lack the last minutes. SFX were quite impressive considering your limited resources. Your brother and you had the characters down pat, and every time you really got those specific mannerisms right was worth a good laugh. Kudos also to your team; it was obvious that none of these actors was holding back or was embarrassed by what they did (something you always have to reckon with in fan-produced anythings ).

Also, you may now tell us what prop it was the kids at the school tried to steal from you. AND what the super-secret project is.

The prop was the gun. Right at the last scene, the most epic part, a kid basically ran to our bags and stole the gun. Alex (Lyle) ran after him and retrieved the gun. The kid's parents were just laughing and pointing. Idiots. Tomorrow he'll steal a car or worse... I wanna see them laugh and point then.

I will reveal the secret project soon-ish. It's not Dr. Who related. I just need a few more things to put together.

We forgot to shoot the ending. I thought we shot everything, shaved my sideburns... and 5 minutes later went like: "...crap... the hat-scene... darn..."

So, I´m downloading the flv file right now. In the afternoon it (the USA server) stopped int the middle, I had no space for buffering left on my computer, so I started to uninstall several programs and delete some files. I couldn´t finish the second part then, because we went swimming, but now I have seen almost 99%, it suddenly stopped a moment before the ending. So I´m downloading EVERYTHING, lol!

The film fulfills totally my expectations, I don´t know what you ment, I really like the special effects, especially the flying blue light, that changes the emotions. The actors are also brilliant, of course I´m used that you´re pretty good, but I must say, your brother Mihai, WOW! He´s playing sooo good, especially at his monologue (when he became in a suicidal mood), he got the feelings across. I also liked the scene when you were hiding in the room and he was so self-confident working on something secret, while the others didn´t know what to do. Alex and Oana were also great, I liked the smirking in his face and Oana´s fear. You all did a very good job, I´m proud of you guys, really!!!

Same thing happened to me with the European .flv download, but I had also downloaded the US server version which played fine.

So, grab the version from the US server? Check.

EDIT: Ah, I see what you mean. The Europe version is just over 1GB, while the US one is around 1.2GB.

My interbernet was always A-OK.

So the European version, both in player as in download version, definitely stops a few minutes before the ending. And the US server versions download with just a few KB a minute...

I'm downloading the US version at a good 60-70 kB/sec. Also, I actually know how big the file is supposed to be, which I didn't with the Europe one. Sorry Silver, but the Europe version just didn't upload properly.

I downloaded the european version... no problems whatsoever. o.o I'm baffled why this has happened to so many of you.

Random guess: how much space do you have on your hdd? I know, stupid question... but maybe you overlooked it? I have absolutely no idea... I'll ask my friends who helped me upload this. Sorry guys.

It is strange, however, that you stop exactly at 1Gb. ...I'll look into it.

Back... so I asked my friend who uploaded it on the european server. He believes it may have something to do with the browser. What browser are you guys using? whichever it is, try switching it and download it again.

We did have browser issues in the past.
