Seriously. Max Payne is about shooting things while you fly through the air. Not about 5 minutes of cutscenes that cannot be skipped to get to a bit of shooting ad flying.

I see your criticism and accept it. However I enjoyed the cutscenes for what they were, well crafted and well written and oozing style. Plus the gameplay was quite intense in parts so having a few mins to cool off after a particularly challenging area was ore than welcome.

It mainly grated on me at the start, but I soon got used to the games rhythm .
