I tried going through my past purchases to re-download Sam & Max Episode 5, but after entering the order's password all I see is the status of the order and my billing adress and the product information, the Download Now button which is located under the product info for the other episodes I purchased is completely missing.

I'm now downloading it from the alternate link in the sticky thread in this forum, I hope I won't have any problems activating it.

You don't see a download button for Reality 2.0 in your past purchases because you bought it through the demo originally, not through our online store. All you need to do to reactivate it is to redownload the demo (the alternate download link is fine, too), then click "I've already purchased this" and enter your order number and the password you created during checkout. I'll send you a password reminder just in case you need it.

Oh , that's true... I completely forgot about that.
