Purchasing Problem
after three attempts of purchasing a copy of Surfing the Highway I noticed that I was unable to purchase said item because my billing address was incorrect but, on checking the money on my card the purchase transferred money anyway and now I am looking for a full refund. How do I go about doing this?

Per my response to your email, that order was never completed and you weren't charged for it. You may be seeing a pending authorization hold, but that's placed on the account by the financial institution. They typically roll off in 2-3 business days, but it's not something we would be able to assist with directly.
