Help with Activation of Games
Hi!
I purchased the package that comes with Walking Dead amongst other games but have yet to have the games added to my account. The order number is #600149012877045. I have sent two emails to support but have received no response. Hoping this has a better result  would love to be able to start finally playing these games!markpaul@nhlprimetime.com is my email address! |

Hi,
I don't see any tickets in our system from that email address. If you have ticket numbers, please PM them to me so I can see what happened. You should have access to the games now. The problem was that Paypal never communicated back to our store that the payment had been received, but it should be all set now. I apologize for the delay. Thanks, Michael |
