just installed on my laptop, running windows 7. did the training level and exited out of training just as game told me to. went to new game, put in my name for investigator, clicked done. It then asked me if I wanted to do the training level and I said no and it wouldn't go any further, just kept asking for investigator name. Okay, tried again and said yes to training just in case the problem was that I did it out of sequence, however it did the same thing. Can't even get to the first case. Anyone know what I need to be doing or what I am doing wrong?

Post your problem in the Game support forum. Telltale Games staff is more likely to see your issue and help you with your problem there.
