Same problem. Restarted. Did the cache thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Nope. Same problem still. Application is there for about 10 seconds~ then just stops. No error.

This did not work for me ether.

I've reboot my computer - nothing. I've checked game integrity (by Steam) - nothing. Still nothing happen after I click "Play" or run via desktop shortcut.

When I checked the box under ''privilege level'' to always run it as administrator the game booted but in windowed mode!!!

Getting angry isn't going to solve the problem. We've all been frothing at the mouth to play this game for a while, a few more hours isn't going to be the end of us.

Alright so once you check the box under privilege level Run As Administrator (by right clicking the exe file) you can then change the settings of the game to run in full screen. This works for me so far.

I've solved this problem for me.

You have to copy atioglxx.dll file to your game directory.

"Rage" bought on Steam has had the same issue.

I tried rebooting, After that I tried the cache verification, and running as administrator. I run the file, and Steam will say I'm launching to play, and when I check my task manager to see if the process is running. WalkingDead101.exe or what not shows running with no active window opening on my taskbar yet. The game process just ends without any notification on my end.

Exact same problem here as well.
First time start up - "program not responding"
Every time after the first - game process runs for 6 seconds, then terminates, no error message.

Tried: restart, re-install and disabling steam overlay to no avail.

Hey guys! Just try my solution (it worked for me):

Find in your system file atioglxx.dll and copy it to the game directory.

As far as I know this file is a part of Catalyst Center software/drivers. If you can't find it - download it from the internet.

For me game now works like a charm.

retro8bit Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2012 Posts: 4	Alright so once you check the box under privilege level Run As Administrator (by right clicking the exe file) you can then change the settings of the game to run in full screen. This works for me so far.

Crom The Beast Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: New Jersey Posts: 15	I tried rebooting, After that I tried the cache verification, and running as administrator. I run the file, and Steam will say I'm launching to play, and when I check my task manager to see if the process is running. WalkingDead101.exe or what not shows running with no active window opening on my taskbar yet. The game process just ends without any notification on my end.

Northrop Junior Member Join Date: Apr 2012 Posts: 11	Hey guys! Just try my solution (it worked for me): Find in your system file atioglxx.dll and copy it to the game directory. As far as I know this file is a part of Catalyst Center software/drivers. If you can't find it - download it from the internet. For me game now works like a charm.
