don't receive my jurassic park deluxe edition
hi.
I bought the Jurassic park deluxe edition long time ago , and i don't receive it , can i have a refund or send me an other deluxe edition? or it is too late?. Thank you ( sorry i'm french) |

I have looked up this order and it was placed on November 16, 2011. It's been too long to track the package with the tracking number supplied to you when the product shipped from our warehouse. I can confirm that the order did ship, and I have sent an inquiry to our Warehouse Manager to see if they have any record for the product being returned. You may also want to check with your local post office to see if they have any information about this order. If they did return your package to our warehouse, they should have a record of it.

thank you , i remembered that the package stayed more than 2 month in u.s.a , so i tried to call the post office , but they didn't answer.
