help
im having the same problem as alot of other folks are. The game wont even launch and every time it tries it gives me that microsoft error report crap. if someone could tell me what to do about it, or tell me how to get a refund i would appreciate it. thanks

I had to re-install the program 2 or 3 times to get it to "take". Finally I just rebooted my computer, made sure no other programs were running and was able to successfully install it.
