Ok, I'm going to feel like an absolute nub when someone answers this but, how the hell do I get the icepick out of the truck? I've been from the brick wall to the RV to the truck and I cannot figure how to get into the truck.

Is there any way to use the items in my inventory?

There is a pillow or something somewhere. If I recall:
-Take pillow.
-Have Carly shot zombie by the car (there is pillow option)
-I'll let you guess from there.

I had issues at this part too, on my second playthrough....?
