Jurassic Park pre-order free game credit - never got it?
Hi, I had preordered JP and subsequently received the email from Dan Connors promising a refund and free credit for "...your choice of any Telltale game free of charge....". I eventually received the refund (I confirmed on my credit card statement) but never heard anything from Telltale about the free credit, nor did I ever see any followup emails (perhaps my Spam folder did and I never saw it). Can anyone offer advice on how to proceed?
