Question [WD] TTG Store/Steam version change

Hello, I tried to contact you thru your support email, but didn't get any reply for more than a week. Could you please check that you've got my message? My issue code is "issue-59190".

Is it at least possible to set the game for different TTG account? I already bought Steam version, now I have one extra copy ...
