It's my last trophy before i get 100%, so how do i get it?

You have to turn Jurgen first into a Vampire and then give the Love Letter to Benny (The Moleman Dad).

I would suggest keeping a save from before turning Jurgen into a vampire as there is a minor glitch where the trophy doesn't register.

You first need to get him to become a vampire and then get the repulsive curse from the father moleman and you'll get it after.
