So I've waited 2 months for Episode 2, receive an email saying it's available. But it doesn't show up in the PlayStation UK Store and still says coming soon in the game.

Buying this season pass has been the worst customer service experience for anything I've paid for ahead of time ever.

When will it be available in the UK? It'd also be nice to get updates that there was a delay (if there was) or firmer dates ahead of time. Sending an email to customers that have had to wait 2 months for a monthly episodic game saying it's available when it isn't is probably worse than the 2 month silence that proceeded it.

They already mentioned that episode 2 wasn't going to be available on EU PSN store until a future date. Sucks I know, but maybe Sony are partly to blame for it not appearing on the EU store, the same time as the US.

Well if that's the case they surely should have either:

a) Not sent out emails to EU customers stating it was available.
b) Sent emails to EU customers stating when it will be available and apologising for it not being available the same time as US.
