I'm really confused of what does the tape at the end of the episode means.

And in general of what does the meet with her and the group finding her car.

Any help on the subject?

That's not her car. They just found batteries in the car to make her video recorder work.

Basically the tape means that the bandits are coming for the motor inn now.

Jolene was part of the Save-Lots bandits. After her daughter was taken into the woods, it is implied that she was raped and murdered. Jolene tried to intervene but she was raped too. Thinking that she needed to parent a daughter again, she stole Clem's hat, trying to surprise it to her later. She tried to find help at the dairy, but she soon found out that the farmers were cannibals. Hope this helps.
