If he did do it, it seems that he repents what he has done, otherwise, if he was a cold-blooded killer, he wouldn’t have started caring for Clementine.

The twist is: everyone knows Lee's secret.

Read these post's some good opinions.

I just don't see that it matters.

We're in a ZA world now and all that really matters is survival.

I'd much rather have a Lee watching my back than some innocent little babysitter. You saw what happened!

Theres no doubt about it, lee is guilty, but just because you've murdered someone doesn't automatically make you a dangerous or bad person, could have been a fit of rage or his wife could have finally just made him snap into doing it, or like you guys like to say a "Crime of Passion" which is still a murder all the same...then again it may not be murder at all, it Could be manslaughter.

Theoretically the babysitter would have done fine--if she wasn't so outgoing.

He almost certainly did it but he only did it out of rage and anger and will only do it again if he gives in (or if we make him)

I can see why it would matter that Lee killed the senator. Crime of Passion or not, Lee still killed another human being in the pre-walker world, and has, up to this point, had four more opportunities to kill another person (Jolene, Danny, Andy, and Larry, depending on how you look at the meat locker scene.) And that was when society's law was in place. Now that there are no laws, what's stopping him from killing again?

Of course I think lee is a good man, and I believe it was a crime of passion. But if Lilly or Kenny find out, it could mean some very bad stuff is coming for Lee.

You can also give the girl the gun in episode 1

Its her choice not Lee's, its no more a murder than manslaughter (Accidental killings) but then again it Could be counted as assisted suicide.

handing someone a gun so they can kill themselves is in no way murder, and i wouldn't even say it was assisted suicide, assisted suicide would be if lee pulled the trigger with her full consent because for some reason she wasn't able to do it herself like a zombie bites off all her fingers or something

Guilt is inferred by the dialogue options with Carly in episode two, but not enough information has been given about the incident to infer justification. What if the senator was your sibling or parent? Consider the possibility that Lee does not deserve freedom.

Lee felt justified and he said to Clem that he was a very bad man(dialogue option)
And he probably wouldn't do it again

I think he did it! I would kill someone for bangin my wife too! LOL Probably came home from work early to find them sexing in their bed and snapped., or something like that.

Do you think they'll give us more info in to his background or do you think they'll just leave it open for our imaginations to explore? Hmm..
