I'm not sure what you mean by the "Telltale store tracking system", but all our ecommerce is done by Digital River, a third-party ecommerce provider, so we don't actually handle shipment or tracking of any packages. That said, if the messaging is confusing anywhere I can probably get them to fix it, so if you could point me in the right direction (i.e. with the URL of the page you found confusing), I'll get on it asap! They might be assuming that since you chose the shipping option, you know where to look.

In your case it's USPS, but when I plug your tracking number into the USPS tracker I get the message that the tracking number doesn't exist or isn't in their system yet. I'll check with DR and see if they have any ideas as to why that would be. It apparently shipped Wednesday so it should show up in USPS's system by now. In the meantime, please post here and let us know if/when your package arrives.
