And most adventure games require some level of interaction and problem solving to complete them. This one(at least episode 2) is VERY straight forward and requires very little from the player.

Yes, Telltale probably shouldn't have said there would be monthly releases. No, they haven't been as transparent about timeframes as possible.
The reaction here on this forum is out of proportion. Look, I'm an impatient guy, so I know what it is like to be anxious to play the next episode. The froth being generated about a video game being delayed is just absolutely silly, though. Being frustrated that it is delayed is one thing, but the amount of anger here is pure insanity.
The reasons presented for being upset are logical, but the drama that is being associated with just a delay is facepalm-inducing. Even if Telltale closed their doors tomorrow, you'd only be out $30. Well, pro-rated it'd be more like $18. There is no good reason for this much hostility. At most, everyone should be mildly irritated. Outrage is not the appropriate emotion.

When you look at it from JUST the delay being the issue here yes it is out of proportion. The real issue here is the delay and the way telltale has been perceived as treating its customer base. Then as an upset customer you come here to the forums and see a bunch of unhappy customers getting ganged up on. Thats the perception this forum gives at least....I've lurked a bit more and think I have a better handle on whats happening, but at first glance this whole thing is fubar'd. Its enough to get you all riled up...

That's about as absurd as saying that racial slurs are only offensive if they take it as an insult. You are losing your argument.

I agree that I didn't express myself like I feel I should of, but as I said its easy to mistake whats happening here on these forums and get riled up. I still stand by the points I made and hope we can move on from previous posts. For my part of it I do apologize, but I still feel the other side crossed the line just as much.
