Default I can't play the game since I have no password. Please help. issue-61634

So, I purchased the game earlier this morning for the Walking Dead and when I placed the order I used my main email to subscribe but I didn't get a chance to input a password.

My order ID number is: 600169572729188
email used for the purchase: eric.suzuki666@gmail.com

I also logged from the site and I couldn't get back in since I have no password and have tried using the password reset option, but I haven't received any mail. If someone could help me with this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.

It's not possible to place an order without being logged into an account. If you're not logged in when checking out, it will prompt you to create an account by inputting an email address and password. Have you check your spam folder for the password reset email? If you're still not seeing it, please let me know and I'll give you a temporary default password.

Thank you for the response. I checked my bank account activity and there is a pending transaction through telltale games. Also I tried to reset my password and I still haven't received any email for it.
