So I deletet all the saves, startet the game from episode 2, then let it generate a save, then I close the game, and copy the last BIG save 100kb or so from the old save and rename it to the new save, so lets say the new save is called Save_6.save and the old is called save_37.save i take and copy over save_37.save and delete Save_6.save and then rename save_37.save to Save_6.save.
Just remember to take the save with ~ 100kb, It took me some tryes, cus sometimes it dosent work, but I got both my save games back, you just have to play the "end" part of episode 2, but It have all the things you done in episode 1, and after you are ready to play episode 3
Hope you guys can figure it out
Btw the save games are found in
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Telltale Games, atleast thats where they are on my computer win7

Doing this might cause some other issues in your game, and is a bit overcomplicated to get the result you're after. The best way to move over your existing data if your Telltale Games user folder changes locations is simply the following:
In the NEW location (in your case C:\Users\Public\Documents\Telltale Games), delete the The Walking Dead folder.
From the OLD location, copy The Walking Dead folder to the new location.
Here's an example. My Telltale Games folder changes like so:
"C:\Users\crofael\Documents\Telltale Games" -> "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Telltale Games"
You'd delete "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead", if it exists.
Then you'd copy "C:\Users\crofael\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead" to "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Telltale Games".
All of the files in The Walking Dead folder need to be relocated for your saves to work properly. Even if your save game seems to load correctly after what you did, you might run into other bugs later on.
I hope this made sense, and please let me know if you have any more questions.
