Beatrice. I know, nobody knows who it is, as far as I know. However, as the credits for Episode 3 were scrolling through, it got to the characters voiced, and the actor that voiced them. Everyone in this episode was there, but the second to last name was "Beatrice", with a voice actor who's name I don't recall at this very moment. Since we haven't seen a character named Beatrice yet, I'm assuming that that was the name of the voice on the Walkie Talkie. I know it's a wild guess, with something so little as proof, but I don't recall seeing anybody by the name of Beatrice in the episodes up til' now either.

What does everyone else think about the stranger?

We know that for sure? I don't remember a name listed.

But for the record, I'm pretty sure the walkie talkie dude was, in fact, a dude.

Dunno...but what I'm wondering is since when actually has the stranger been communicating with Clementine ? Was it pure chance that made him manage to find Clem's channel or was it rather something\someone else that was intended to do so ? Don't know much about a walkie-talkie's range, but maybe the stranger wasn't that far from them or maybe he was shadowing them. Also, Clem did state that Glenn "had the other one" when he left for Atlanta in episode 1. Maybe it's an actual character from the comics that was in Atlanta towards the time that Glenn and the others were there ? Mystery indeed !

Maybe the dude is a creeper because his name is Beatrice? That could drive a dude crazy growing up with a girls name, or violent, like a Boy Named Sue (Johnny Cash anyone?). But I think he's an old dude for sure, you can kind of make out his profile in the "next time on" scene and I've seen some stills, diffidently a creepy old dude.

If you pay attention the the 3rd episode. You can see Clem talking into her walkie talkie when you go back to the motor inn after getting supplies with Kenny.

No problem. I had to play it a second time to notice that, once I did... It gave me the chills that I knew that Clem was talking to the Stranger. Still have my last playthrough to go through for my silent Lee.

Exactly what I was going to say. Maybe this stranger really convinced Clementine that he has her parents. Maybe he told her if he told anyone about the conversations he would... kill them? It's possible, and Clem really cares about her parents and has been acting... a little strange lately. If you say you tell her that maybe finding her parents isn't a good idea, she says "I don't have to listen to you" or something like that.This stranger must really have Clem looped around his finger for Clem to hide stuff from Lee, and to act in such a way she's been.

I see that in the mini trailer for episode 4, that Clem gets nervous in a part when Lee asks 'who have you been talking too' Maybe Clem is losing some trust torwards Lee. Maybe their relationship is heading downhill considering this new stranger she's been talking too. I really think and hope that the different choices/plans you make will really affect and it will all matter in the end, then everyone can stop fucking complaining about the choices not mattering.

Just replayed it, and realized at the beginning when your handing out food you can ask her about the walkie and why she still has it.
