I've never felt so alone (spoilers). Aftermath of episode 3

I only have Clem left. My homegirl, Carley, is now dead. Lilly betrayed me. Kenny is still shady. Ben is immature. Katjaa killed herself. Duck is dead. Don't care for the new couple. I guess I am still bitter about the death of some people in my group, and still not ready to accept new blood. I will pick the nice options just for the sake of being nice. I really don't care for them. I like Charles, but I'm sure TT will kill him off.

I stopped caring for Ben when I found out that he was the one that been stealing supplies. I blamed him partly for Carley's death also. To top it off, he was all butt-hurt because Lee told him to look over the kids instead of working on the train. I don't care what will happen to him anymore.

Kenny is still shady as f*ck. I know he is BFF to some people who had his back the entire time. But for people like me, who criticized him on some matters, he f*cking ditched us. Ok, so you helped the people who agreed with you 100% of the time, and ditched people who criticized your questionable actions? Yeah, have fun with your BFF people. Kenny is not someone I want to have around. Now, I bicker with him just for the sake of being against him. I will kill him off the first opportunity given. If not, I want to be separate from him ASAP. I wish the characters in the story would be given the notice like the players: "Lee will remember you didn't help him, and will be plotting for your demise". That'd show him.

Lilly. Oh, Lilly. She was one of my homegirls. What the hell happened? I took her onto the RV for the sake of finding out who really was the culprit. If Carley was indeed the culprit, I wouldn't blame her much. But no, she had to push me off, and stole the RV. Betrayal was what I felt after she drove off with the RV. I really tried to make her friendship work. I had her back the whole time between her and Kenny. I genuinely had her back when Larry was dying, even though I hate that prick.

There you have it folks. Clem and Lee against the world. I don't blame TT for killing off Carley even though I really enjoyed her company. All I ask for is the option to kill Lilly. I just want to avenge Carley. The crimes Lilly committed can only be washed away with her blood. Now, I am looking forward to the future reunion with Lilly. Don't dissapoint me like ME3 TT! I'm counting on you! No comic spoilers please people.

Personally episode 3 killed my interest for the game.

Honestly.
I think telltale just bit over more than they could chew. That is why we have had delays. And the easy way out was to kill alot of the people you have interacted with so far, and add new people so that they get an easier job making episode 4 and 5.

Yea they want to far :S, Killing off 4 people in 1 episode =/. Especially Carley! Ben should have been the one to get shot.

I agree that Episode 3 was rough but it's a zombie apocalypse ya' know? Now what your saying about Telltale implies that they are writing the script as they go.

That is very unlikely, but its not like either of us know. So instead of assuming things about Telltale i'm going to think in terms of how life operates and immerse myself in the events of a zombie apocalypse.

It was sad to lose that many people but as I said, its a zombie apocalypse so no one is safe. Many people died but you have Clementine to look after, you still have her.

Hang in there guys. You're survivors now in a walking dead ZA. Remember, this is a story about an ordinary guy who should be behind bars. This is his story and he needs to persevere to see Clem to safety. That was the deal right. You told her you would look after her. Do what you have to and get your morale back up and get back in the game.

Also, if you liked Lilly, do yourself a favor and visit the Lilly appreciation thread. Lots of good explainations for why she left.

Same. I found it difficult to resume the episode half way through and now I find it difficult to even replay the series. From a video game perspective that seems like bad business. However, TWD purists would tell you that's exactly how you should feel and either you should man up or play something else.

I don't know, depending on the type of gamer/person you are, both points of view have merit.

No. I agree that people have every right to post how they feel. So do just that. The problem is is that most times complainers are completely unreasonable, selfish, and often times bash Telltale when something they don't like happens. This leads to conflict, hate, and pointless forum arguments.

I don't know why but when something bad happens complainers immediately disengage from their immersion in the games world and calling out Telltale.

Just because something happened in the story that you don't like doesn't mean that you're always right and Telltale is always wrong.

Maybe you should examine yourself instead of blaming.

I guess i'm not a TWD purist then because that is not something I would ever say. I don't think this game has a high amount of replayability in general.

Maybe I'm lucky because I don't feel this attachment to these characters like some of you have mentioned. I am probably in the minority here but I really don't even care for being saddled with Clem. It makes a great story but really children aren't all that handy in a ZA.

Carly's death was a shock but didn't render the game unplayable for me. Katjaa and Duck's deaths had even less of an impact on me.

Not as individuals at least. I am upset by what the group has lost in terms of skill. Medic and sharpshooter lost. That's tragic but I am wondering how to replace that more than feeling depressed by it.
