It'd be interesting to see how TellTale would explain Chuck was Terry if it is true, but we don't have anything solid to go on.

Well if you loot the car at the end of Episode 2 then Clem has a new hoodie, the car belonged to Jolee. Therefore the hoodie is belonged to Jolee's daughter.

There isn't any evidence that the car belonged to Jolee.

Some people think they see it in the video when she drops her camera on the ground and calls the bandits rapists but having seen the video four times it is clear that she drops it in the tent. The lights being on is a point against it belonging to some one who died (and thus abandoned the car) during the day. The hoddie could have belonged to any child or could simply have been found in a bunch of stuff that the owners grabbed and took to go trough at a later date. I still have a baby blanket in my car from when I drove my niece and sister around while her husband was out of town but I don't have a kid.

I'm not aware of anything that indicated the car belonged to Jolene, and considering her time and place of death compared to where the car was it seems more likely the car did not belong to her.
