talking to chuck at front of train camera glitch
So this is on Episode 3 on the PC. After talking to Chuck, when trying to exit, instead of being able to go back into the train, the camera is forced looking ahead of the train. I tried moving around and i think i can, but i am unable to click on the train door, and only able to talk to chuck. i tried taking a screencap but it doesnt work. i tried quiting to the main menu and restarting but to no avail.

try to rewind to a time right before you went to talk to chuck and see if thst fixes it

 i tried rewinding a chapter before the incident, changed up my decisions just to be safe, and i made sure not to do anything wonky, but after talking to chuck and exiting, the camera is forced looking ahead like last time. thanks for the suggestion though

Did you completely exit the program?
I had something similar happen, and had to completely exit, not just drop to the main menu. |

same glitch; nothing works!
same glitch here. After talking to Chuck I get stuck looking ahead. I restarted the program completely; didn't work. I started from an earlier point; didn't work. That totally sucks as I cannot complete/continue the game at all. HELP!!!

yeah i rewinded and restarted the client. i havent tried reaching that part again from a different save file, but id rather not redo all of that.
update: the video simsebas posted is my same problem. |

ah yes I had the same bug. I upgraded my graphics and it fixed it

 im gonna try updating my drivers, and ill also monitor my brother's progress to see if its just my save file, or its a problem with the game itself |

yeah so i reinstalled it and found a patch file and put it in the packs/walkingdead103 folder and it works perfect. nice

so where is this patch file to be found? and can i start the game with my "old" saved games so I don't have to play through again? |

Idk if its a patch file, but my game was definitely missing it and its called patch something. And no it doesnt overwrite any saves when u change the program folder considering the save files are usually stored somewhere in my documents. Anyway, ill post the missing file tomorrow using dropbox or something.

Problem solved!!!
Ok, I found the patch and it is working!!!
The name for it is: 0_99_patch_02_05.ttarch google it for download and simply put it into the walkingdead103 folder. No need to reinstall! finally!!! |
