Telltale Games

I loaded up The Walking Dead today to play Episode 3, this is on my new PC having played episodes 1 & 2 on a different machine. I was careful to backup the files in:

c:\users\<username>\My Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead

I have restored them to the same location on my new PC, but when I load it, I just get three empty save slots with the option to start a "New Game"!

I have 28 save files in my Walking Dead directory, why isn't it seeing them? I could play again and make the same choices, but I went to the effort of backing everything up to avoid that scenario. What do I have to do?

All I can think of is because it was on another machine is the reason, my guess you have to do 1 & 2 again, sorry

There's a thread on how to make your save files work again in the support forum. I restored mine with it, you should try there.
