Yeah, those are my thoughts exactly. I think to have the same villain in both of the last episodes would really capitalize on the level of sick and twisted evil he or she represents and sets up the challenge for the grand finale nicely. St. Johns and the Bandits were great villains to go up against, but it seems that the next episode is going to make them pale in comparison to the level of sickness the next set of antagonists are going to bring to the table.
I would love those type of villains to stay for the rest of the season to make the setup to and for the finale that much more epic where we finally take them down. If there is to be a set of villains for the final entry I would prefer it to the same ones from episode 4 since I don't think there would be enough time in episode 5 to introduce a new set of antagonists and develop them just to take them down.
