So, who do you suspect Clem is talking to on the walkie-talkie for ep.4?

Personally, I think it's a bad guy manipulating her.
I'm not really sure what he's manipulating her for though.

Considering what was said by Charles (the homeless guy) about kids not really being kids in the current situation, and the fact that cannibalism has already been used as a plot point (I doubt TTG would retrace their footsteps), I'm thinking the guy may be some pervert or something.
TTG have shown that they're not afraid to 'go there'.

Then again, I may be wrong and it could be a genuine survivor who may be able to help the group.

I didn't think it was some pervert until the last Playing Dead segment. Now I'm just full of dread.

At playing dead LIVE, it was stated that there are going to be many new characters in episode 4. The walkie talkie man is most likely one of them.

Hershel wasn't in the trailer, he's busy with Rick's group. You most likely confusing him for that old bald guy with the beard?

Much like Hershel, he has a role to play in the comics so it can't be him or we'd already know. The game is set in the same world as the comic, so whatever is happening in the game, is happening somewhere else in the comic, and Hershel and Glenn both play a role in the comic so it is not them. It's someone new.
