Default how long does shipping to Australia take? (Shipped 1 month ago)

I'm still awaiting my copy of the game I got an email saying it had shipped on the 25th of August, exactly one month ago.

my game took 3 weeks..my copy of the effigy mound took 6.. so you might get it in the next couple

The problems seem to be due to a few things... one, the packages are not always shipped the day we're told they're shipped (that's actually the day they're handed off from the fulfillment house to the shipping partner, not always the day they go into the mail, and they don't have tracking numbers so it's impossible to know), and two, they're sometimes getting held up at customs. Also we had some reports a few months back of Australian packages going via New Zealand, god knows why.

If you haven't received it in another week or two, email support@telltalegames.com and we'll get you a replacement.

I'm having much the same problem as I ordered on the 24/08 and got a shipping notice on the 25/08 but have yet to receive anything. I tried emailing support@telltalegames.com and immediately got an error email stating that it was undeliverable to that address.

That's odd, because as far as I know we have been receiving support emails no problem. Could you please forward your original email and also the email you got when you tried writing to support to me at emily -at- telltalegames.com? Thanks.

Cool, we'll send a replacement this week. Thanks for your patience. It often happens that the day after I send the replacement, the original shows up. I don't really mind it because it's our job to make sure our customers get what they ordered, but since the cost of the replacement and the postage (not to mention the time it takes to pack it up and take it to the post office) all comes out of our pocket, I appreciate it when people are willing to give it an extra week or two just to make sure the package really is lost in the mail.

My Season 1 disc was shipped to Australia on 15th October and just arrived today on 22nd November.

So to all the Aussies out there who are anxiously waiting for their shipment and are searching threads like this for some info (like I did), I guess patience is the key!

It may take 5 or 6 weeks, but it should show up eventually.
