SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 4

........She was Anna right? Did I miss something that would have revealed that? She just leaves and it's never explained what happened to her, but it seems obvious that she was Anna even though Lee didn't recognize her....and her hair colour's different, but I assume she dyed it/wears a wig for some reason? Her face on the tape looked similar, and it all fits together....but she just leaves the house. No backstory, or anything about what her "errand" was.

Don't spoil what it is, but is the tape what explains it? (I should just rewind, but the save glitches are still going and it'll take effort...) I'm guessing Anna was her friend/sister/girlfriend/mother in some convoluted time travel situation?

Anna has absolutely nothing to do with Molly. At least there are no connections shown within the game. Anna looks and sounds completely different.

Check my character list there are pictures of both of them for you to compare

Anna was just a patient and they used the tapes to underline the horrible and inhuman rules within Crawford.

Yeah, take a look at the tapes (there are three total. You'll want to see tape 3)

Ah, I knew it didn't make much sense, but it would explain why she was so angry at the Doctor, and when she said they got what was coming to them, she meant she CAUSED it (well, they really should have better security in case of death, but anyway....)

Yeah, I guess I'll replay and watch the third tape then (fix the save glitch Telltale!). Bit annoyed it wasn't mandatory now.....Will it affect things enough that I should do everything again from that point on?

Well, it's that whole choice mattering thing. You then get to talk with Molly and the dialogue choices may interest you if you want to affect maybe how Molly reacts to you? Trying to explain it without spoiling it for you. Sorry to keep it vague.

I only do one playthrough so I'm glad I did not miss it (like the animal crackers...damn) anyway. Your call. Not a deal breaker but if you do multiple playthroughs worth rewinding for. How's that?

She left in my game. I saw the tape, talked about it with her and selected "..." when she left. Still left.

Yeah. Most of her backstory is revelead in the third tape. Only saying that to keep it non-spoilery as possible.
