When you are watching the tapes. On the last tape you see the doctor zip up his pants, what was he doing? I was confused because then I saw Molly behind him. What were they doing?

I know it seems like a stupid question. So they fucked and that was the deal? If Molly fucked the doctor then the doctor would give her meds and what she needs for her sister. Sorry I was just confused on the whole situation itself. I know they fucked or something along those lines.
