Spoilers! So Chuck.......

Is there ever an option for Lee to tell the group that Chuck is dead or does nobody care? Cuz I kinda did. I was pretty upset at the beginning when we couldnt go back for him but shit, its like nobody cares about the loveable hobo. You think anyone else is gonna play that banjo? I dont think so.

Yeah, after Lee finds him in the sewers nobody ever mentions him again. He had a great deal of potential, I think.

I'm perfectly fine with how he died, but it did seem very strange that nobody even seemed to remember that we lost the guy.

maybe in episode 5?
its funny, because even Vernon probably sees his body (since its right outside the entrance to the morgue) and doesnt mention it
and also, no1 seems to notice when you go back there with the group (if theyre with you)

Not only Chuck's advices were wise and useful, but he could have use the whisky Kenny was drinking.

Chuck was obviously a smart guy, decent at fighting, with strong survival skills, and not selfish. Probably the best guy to have in team after Lee, even overpowering the now mentally-unstable Kenny.

A shame he died. Poor hobo.

His death was such a cop-out, reinforced by the fact that you only see him once, and no one else ever mentions him again.

I totally called it. Chuck was the magical hobo. He comes in out of nowhere, gives some helpful advice and then is gone. I was not surprised he went out like this, but it was a bit upsetting he did not achieve more than just being the mystical character.

I thought it was lazy writing. You introduce a new guy with potential, he is left for dead and no one cares, he dies and no one even wants to know.

It's kinda ironic that he was better off alone. Made me think that leaving Clementine with Vernon might not have been such a bad idea. Lee and the group are a recipe for disaster.

Lee was totally right, good old Chuck deserved a lot better than a lonely death in a damn sewer and having to decide to kill himself.
I'm glad that my initial gut instinct that he was a brave old man with a heart of gold turned out to be true He may of been a loner and had survived for yeas on his own but he gave his life for others in the end but why wasn't there a choice to save him at the beginning? I would of gladly taken him with me instead of any of the others at the end. It would of been interesting to know more about him, RIP Charles.

His death fitted his character but I was disappointed I couldn't even mention his ultimate fate to the others(Did they even care?!). I also wondered why no one also mentioned Carley or Doug

Sometimes you just have to intro a character to say a few pieces of dialogue fill a plot hole and then before you know it they are dead.

But the better question is how he got down in the sewers when it took Lee using Molly's weapon to open the man hole.

Oh well...must be his magic hobo powers.

He could have pried open the manhole cover using his shovel.

Sadly I don't think they"ll be any Chuck references in episode 5. If there were no references in episode 4 for Lilly and Carley or Doug I highly doubt someone you meet at the end of the episode then lose at the beginning of the episode is getting any kind of reference.

Poor Chuck. He really did deserve better.

Chuck and the rest of the group had known each other for around 5 hours or so. I doubt that was enough time to bond with someone enough to make you really care if they made it or not. Especially when your life's on the line.

It was actually closer to around 14 hours, given a possible dialogue option between Kenny and Christa.

Chuck almost immediately grew on me in episode three. He gave some good advice, he added a bit of humour to it. For as long as he lasted in episode 4 he was an absolute legend
with his shovel. He really did deserve a lot better.

I adored Chuck for his line in Episode 3 if you stay silent when Christa and Omid are introducing themselves to the group. Just before the timer ends he just chimes in "Y'all want some candy?". What a hero.

I made a pretty unnatural noise when I realised that was his corpse in the sewers. A sad moment for all.

I just hate no one even gave a shit about him, except for Christa a bit when she said "where's Chuck?"

I honestly liked him, and hated the way he went out.

We barely knew you Chuck, but already you have a loyal following of fans.

I gotta admit, I felt bad for Chuck.
