So in my gameplay i let Clem come with me....later when Lee gets the battery from Molly and are about to head back, we get ambushed by zombies Thanks to Ben....anyways, Molly starts attacking and suddenly is grabbed by a zombie...it lets you shoot the zombie but it's impossible since they move around too much and suddenly Clem shoots the zombie and saves Molly. If Clem doesn't come with me, can Molly die???

I did not take Clem with me and I managed to shoot the zombie (was just sheer luck, I am a bad shot) but I have heard you end up having to leave her behind and she is assumed dead

She CAN, yes. I think you can hit him yourself also. And as far as I know, I think you can accidentally shoot her.

I think if she is alive in your playthrough, there is a chance she will show up again.
Bump into her searching for supplies etc.

If u take clem with u, she lives no matter what
If u dont, 3 things can happen
1. U shoot the walker and she comes with you
2. U dont shoot at all, she gets cut off from u and her fate is unknown
3 u shoot her and she dies
