When you go to check up on Christa and Vernon there is a large group of walkers pounding on the door. How did they get there?

It doesn't fit the timeline. Ben grabs it after Lee had saved Christa and Vernon.

Red Panda, I wondered the same thing. I think it was just poor continuity on part of the writers.

They might have come from that hole in the ceiling where Molly climbed out of, but that is a VERY low possibility. The only other think I can think of is that they sneaked past the door, since it wasn't barricaded yet.

There were multiple classrooms that were boarded up, did anyone check to see if one of those barricades came down?

Yup... Probably they broke one of the classroom doors, which wasn't on our FoV. If it was another thing, I'm pretty sure it was a Huge derp in the game's timeline.

the glass doors barred, but the door to the alley wasnt barred or locked, so i figure after you jump from the other roof, some of the zombies that heard the car alarm went up the stairway

Maybe, but I doubt a group of about ten walkers made their way to the roof...
