All of Telltale's first-party games are Vista-compatible. Third party games that we sold in 2006-2007 are not, due to a bug in the activation system we used for those games. What this means to you:

Downloadable games that DO work in Vista (first-party games)

The Great Cow Race
Telltale Texas Hold'em

NOTE: The downloadable version of Culture Shock became Vista-compatible on January 28, 2008 and Telltale Texas Hold'em became Vista-compatible on April 17, 2008. If you have an older version and are using Vista, please redownload the episode from your Telltale account.

If you're a Vista user and are trying to run a third-party game that you bought from us, I'm afraid you're out of luck for now. The good news is, the problem is specific to the versions on our website. Other versions of those games may be Vista compatible. If you bought from us and are now unable to play due to Vista, email support@telltalegames.com and we can refund your purchase.
