Every time I start my saved game, Andy demands Lee to not walk away. At this point Lee is about to turn around to say something and the game freezes and then takes me back to the iPhone home screen. The app is still "running" but when I click to start it again I have to go through the opening credits. Very annoying. Anyone have a fix??

Have you tried rewinding one chapter?

Also, please shutdown any applications you are not using that are running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources if that is the issue.

I've tried both of these, I even made more room because I only had like 1.8 gigs left of memory on my phone. Do I need more free space than that? I'm still having the problem.

I just decided to try and make a new game, thinking that the old one was maybe corrupt or something, and I still run into the same exact problem at that same exact place.

FIX PLEASE!!!

I tried the closing all apps, and restarting method about 5 times now. Nothing is working.

Please be certain you have tried rewinding 1-2 checkpoints, and not just restarting or continuing your save game.
