I have many items bought form taletale, I now own a ipad, do i need to rebuy of apple store casue i would like to play all my games on my ipad and not have to pay twice

No, if you log into the account that purchased the content you should be able to install all the same applications onto your new device.

I was planning to buy Jurassic park game, but after what happened when I bought this game I will never ever let them steal my money again. Corrupted game with lazy and ignorant supportive team.

how do i do that mattp if i go on to ipad store it aske to pay where do i sign in?

You can log into your iTunes account through your Settings Menu > iTunes & App Store.

Huh? I made a account when i started my ipad up different form telltale, where do i log in with my telltale account..... which has all the game a part from monkey island on it

I think there's some misunderstanding here.

If you bought the games on this site, in the Telltale Games store, you have bought the Mac and PC versions. You can't run these on iOS devices like the iPad.

iOS versions can be bought separately in the iTunes App store.
