I was watching a gameplay on Youtube and Kenny wanted to save Clem with Lee, do you have to help Kenny each episode for him to help you?

use the choices "CLEMS MY ONLY FAMILY" it doesn't work all the time but it worked for me

If you choose "Clem's my only family", then he'll join you if you've been nice to Katjaa and Duck.

You have to side with him on everything throughout the game, if you sided with Lilly in the meat locker part of episode 2 then your screwed and your friendship is literally over, he doesn't act like it, but he says you weren't always there for him etc. If you say 'Clem is my only family' he melts like butter and he should come with you, but if you are a bastard you can't really expect him to come with you, like if you blamed Shawn's (I think that's his name) death (Hershel's son) on Kenny, even though he knows your right he will probably hold that against you but I'm not sure. Christa and Omid are so easy to get to come with you if you just show them the bite.

Let Ben fall to his gruesome death and then say "Clem is my only family", Kenny melts like butter?!

Kenny really appreciates Lee acting as his "hitman" to gain revenge for his family...

If you need Kenny as a "bro" then your Lee must ensure the death of one group member,two if you want to be certain.

Larry tried to kill me & Kenny came back for me.
I didnt need any more reason to crush his skull. I only wish Clem didnt have to be there as I did try to keep the more bloody moments from her.
Kennys first thought was the safety of his family and I dont hold that against him & in the moment where I neede him to step up & help me go for Clem, he does.

You can get his bro speech (where he comes with you no matter what, even if you hide the bite and say "I'll go alone") if you side with him on ALMOST everything. You can have, maybe, two disagreements on major things (aside from Larry) and still get it. It's possible to still have his friendship if Ben is alive. If he seems like he's on the fence, just use the "Clem is my family" option and he'll cave. If you didn't ever help his family or have his back though, there is no way to get him to come with you.

Do this but let Ben die and Kenny's speech will change to "I know we may be on the same page lately but you've never had my back"
then choose "Clementine is my only family" and he'll come along.

Other choices have a smaller influence but Kenny wants Larry and/or Ben's death for him to go and save little Clem...

You can always go against Kenny and completely ignore his family, but if Lee lets Ben die Kenny will consider it enough for him to help Clementine(if you choose the "family" option).

I could be able to get him to help me find Clem, without helping kill Larry and I saved Ben. He also came along.

It all depend how much you helped his family, and agreeing with him on small stuff.

You don't have to back him up all the time. I almost never did. I was always good to Duck though. I was nice to Kat. at best Kenny and my Lee got along.
